The Stoney Creek Sunpath complex is located in the heart of Whistler Village and features a fantastic year-round pool and hot tub area as well as complimentary underground parking for guests. Stoney Creek Sunpath is so popular in part because its location is very central, yet the property is set back just enough so that guests can enjoy a quiet night’s sleep without any of the disturbances that can be encountered when staying in Whistler Village.

Sunpath #47 is a very deluxe three bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private six person hot tub on the top deck. Completely renovated in the fall of 2013, the designers worked on a vision of clean lines and an overall modern feel. With a tremendous attention to detail, nothing was over looked during the renovation process and this property is truly one of Whistler’s finest.

The entry to this condominium is on the ground floor where there is a heated tile foyer with heated tiled continuing up the wall to ensure hung jackets are dry and toasty each morning. The main level houses the open plan living and dining areas as well as the kitchen. The large dining room table comfortably seats a total of six people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all new, high-end stainless appliances, cabinetry and cookware. Other amenities in Sunpath #47 include a gas fireplace, air conditioning on the bedroom level - a must for hot summer days, a large deck with patio furniture, flatscreen TV with Blu-Ray/DVD player, Xbox 360, Netflix, MP3 Stereo and a washer dryer.

Both bathrooms and all three bedrooms sit on the top floor. The oversized master bedroom features a King sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub, a large double closet and a sitting area with mounted flatscreen that leads out on to the deck that houses the private hot tub. The second bedroom features a Queen sized bunk bed that can sleep up to four adults and also has a mounted flatscreen television. The final bedroom houses a Queen sized bed and has its own large balcony while the second bathroom in the property is off the upstairs hallway.
