<p><strong>BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES</strong></p>
<p><strong>Summer and Winter Season Payment Policy</strong>
<p>A deposit equivalent to 25% of the total stay is due at the time of booking.</p>
<p>Full payment is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.</p>
<p><strong>Summer and Winter Season Cancellation Policy</strong>
<p>All reservations may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirming without incurring a penalty.</p>
<p>After 48 hours but before 30 days prior to arrival, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.</p>
<p>Within 30 days of arrival, your reservation is fully non-refundable.</p>
<p><strong>Whistler Superior Properties encourages all guests to purchase 3rd party cancellation insurance to avoid fees in the event of a cancellation.</strong>
<p><strong><span style=”font-size: 12pt”>MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT</span></strong></p>
<p>All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian except in cases where pre-approval has been granted by Whistler Superior Properties. Guests can be denied check-in if they do not meet the minimum age policy.</p>
<p>Whistler Superior Properties recognizes its duties and responsibilities under the British Columbia Human Rights Code, as amended [Code]. Where applicable, nothing in these terms, conditions, and/or policies limits an individual’s ability to seek reasonable accommodation based on their protected characteristic(s) including, without limitation age, in the provision of accommodation, service of facilities offered by Whistler Superior Properties. To the extent that there is any conflict between these terms, conditions, and/or policies and the Code, the Code shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency. <br>

<p><strong><span style=”font-size: 12pt”>SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT</span></strong></p>
<p>At check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card for a $500 or $1000 security deposit plus photo identification. No 3rd party credit cards can be accepted for the security deposit.</p>
