Front Desk Agent

About Us: At Whistler Superior Properties, we are dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests. Our commitment to exceptional service and attention to detail sets us apart, and we’re looking for a passionate Front Desk Agent to join our team.

Job Description: As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to anticipate guest needs will be crucial in ensuring a positive stay. In addition, candidates with a valid driver’s license will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient arrival and departure process.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
  • Process reservations and payments accurately.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.
  • Handle phone calls and emails in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Uphold our high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • A friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Maintenance skills and experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
