Guest Services Agent

Job Description: As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to anticipate guest needs will be crucial in ensuring a positive stay. In addition, candidates with maintenance skills and a valid driver’s license will be given preference.
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient arrival and departure process.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Process reservations and payments accurately.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Handle phone calls and emails in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Uphold our high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- A friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Maintenance skills and experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
