The Gables complex sits in a very desirable location almost directly across the street from the base of Blackcomb Mountain and within an easy 5 minute walk of the Whistler Gondola and Whistler Village. Situated on the banks of Fitzsimmons Creek, The Gables is one of only a few complexes in Whistler that are ski-in/ski-out, close to Whistler Village, and set in a quiet forested area making it easy to get a good night’s sleep.
The Gables #19 was completely renovated in the fall of 2010 and is now one the nicest units in the complex. These major renovations included fresh paint, new furniture, wooden accents and slate flooring throughout, a brand new kitchen with deluxe appliances, dark wood cabinetry and granite countertops, a new washer/dryer plus too many other updates and upgrades to list them all. Guests at The Gables #19 will enjoy a sunken living room with wood burning fireplace, large flat screen T.V., leather sofabed and a ground floor patio with patio furniture and a private BBQ. The new fully equipped kitchen has every convenience from home including a dishwasher, microwave, range, toaster oven, coffee maker, toaster and much more. The bedding in this property is a Queen bed in the master bedroom and a Queen sofabed in the living room and there is also complimentary underground parking for one vehicle and free wireless internet.
The Gables #19 is one of our “Superior” rated properties and includes free wireless internet, a digital cable television package and free underground parking.

We had a great stay at Gables. It’s ideally located for both Blackcomb and Whistler. The condo has everything you need, and the sofa bed was comfortable, which is always a bonus. The service and communication from Whistler Superior was fantastic and we’d definitely recommend using them for Whistler accommodation. Very pleased with the accommodation and stay. We stayed at Gables Unit 19 for one week in March 2025 and one week in March 2024. The unit was clean, the bed comfortable, and looked just like the pictures. We love the location of the Gables with its location between Blackcomb and Whistler in a quiet area and easy walking distance to the restaurants and shopping in Whistler Village. There is also free underground parking available with this unit. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

My second stay at the Gables. There is everything you need to enjoy your stay in Whistler. Its close proximity to both mtns is a bonus!

Gables 19 was clean, convenient, remodeled, and looked just like the pictures. We stayed for 7 nights, walked everywhere, and never moved the car from the designated underground parking spot. It was a short walk for me to get to the Lost Lake x-c ski trails, my husband took the Blackcomb lifts for downhill skiing, I walked to Scandinave Spa, and we walked to various restaurants every night for dinner. Gables 19 has a nice-sized table for setting up a laptop and there was room in the living room to set up a yoga mat. We hope to stay here again next year.

We loved the location and would stay again, easy walk to both gondolas and the village. We rented a car so the free garage parking was great and we loved walking through the back woods and over the covered bridge to the village!
