Gables #19

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here for a long weekend. We like the location because it’s quiet and a good mid-point between the main village and supper village. The bed was really comfortable but the pillows a bit hard. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

2nd year in a row we have stayed here. Nice and quiet. Great service from whistler superior properties.

We had a great stay at Gables. It’s ideally located for both Blackcomb and Whistler. The condo has everything you need, and the sofa bed was comfortable, which is always a bonus. The service and communication from Whistler Superior was fantastic and we’d definitely recommend using them for Whistler accommodation. Very pleased with the accommodation and stay. Thank you Whistler Superior.

We stayed at Gables Unit 19 for one week in March 2025 and one week in March 2024. The unit was clean, the bed comfortable, and looked just like the pictures. We love the location of the Gables with its location between Blackcomb and Whistler in a quiet area and easy walking distance to the restaurants and shopping in Whistler Village. There is also free underground parking available with this unit. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

My second stay at the Gables. There is everything you need to enjoy your stay in Whistler. Its close proximity to both mtns is a bonus!

Gables 19 was clean, convenient, remodeled, and looked just like the pictures. We stayed for 7 nights, walked everywhere, and never moved the car from the designated underground parking spot. It was a short walk for me to get to the Lost Lake x-c ski trails, my husband took the Blackcomb lifts for downhill skiing, I walked to Scandinave Spa, and we walked to various restaurants every night for dinner. Gables 19 has a nice-sized table for setting up a laptop and there was room in the living room to set up a yoga mat. We hope to stay here again next year.

We loved the location and would stay again, easy walk to both gondolas and the village. We rented a car so the free garage parking was great and we loved walking through the back woods and over the covered bridge to the village!

I've stayed at many ski resorts in six different countries. This is one of my favs. I would not hesitate to book again.

The place was very well maintained and the closest you could get to walk to Blackcomb guest services. With private underground parking and 2 queen bed arrangements (1 is a sofa bed. But very comfortable with no springs), this a sure to not miss place.

Everything was great! Parking is tight for large SUV’s. I have an Escalade and it was super tight in the garage. Make sure the owners turn the heat up as our heat went down to 15 in the middle of the night! I emailed and they turned it up the 2nd night but seemed surprised that 15 was not good enough for a -10 winter night in whistler. Everything else was perfect !

This was our first ski vacation not staying in a hotel. We really enjoyed staying at this property esp. due to the possibility of cooking like at home incl. BBQ. The location is quiet and very close to lifts, shopping etc. All a short walk away. The place was very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and it was like a stay at home away from home.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment has great appliances and cooking utensils (inc knives). The location is very quiet relative to the main strip in Whistler - although the walls are rather thin so easy to hear your neighbours. That said - this is a quieter choice vs saying in the Whistler village. This property is very close to both the Blackcomb and Whistler mountains- so is excellent for a ski holiday. We were late to check in so checked in via security. This process was uneventful. We would definitely look to stay again.

The best thing about the condo is the location. If you walk through the back, it only takes about 5 mins to get to the Blackcomb gondola. The condo itself is also tastefully remodeled, with a very functional kitchen, and very comfortable overall. The only few minor nuisances were 1) you have to check in at Whistler Superior office in the village first before you can access the condo, 2) the thermostat is pre-programmed and it automatically reduce the temperature to 17C twice a day, and was troublesome to have to adjust them, and 3) the living room is packed with furniture and barely have any room to walk, so we ended up moving the single sofa out of the room during our stay to avoid bumping into it. Other than that, the place is a great place to stay.

We spent almost a week in January during a skiing vacation. Great condo in a very convenient location. Even the fact that it's not skiing in/out wasn't a problem as it's only a few min walk to multiple chairlifts/gondolas. It's clean and has everything you need to be comfortable. Felt really nice and cozy coming back from the mountain. Would gladly come back.
