My family and I are not easy, we are what one might call high maintenance. This never seemed to bother Dan or the rest of the staff. We have used Whistler Superior to manage our Marquise condo since we purchased it about 5 years ago. We wanted someone to manage the property for us while we were not using it. After experiencing frustration with the management company that was managing it at the time of purchase, we looked for someone different. We had heard good reviews of Whistler Superior and after having a personal meeting with Dan, we felt that they were the right company. We were not wrong. The condo is always clean when we arrive. Any issues that we have had, we just contact Dan, and everything is taken care of immediately. It has been a blessing to have someone who takes care of our condo as if it were their own.
In non-Covid times, our suite was almost always rented when we were not using it ourselves. During these unusual times, WSP has come up with different ideas to rent their properties in a safe way.

Whistler Superior Properties have been looking after our townhouse property for us since we purchased it almost 15 years ago. It is our home away from home and its important to us that our guests love staying there as much as we do but also respect the privacy of our permanent neighbours who live there and look after our place like it was their own. We met various property agents before approaching Whistler Superior but, as soon as we met Dan, we felt confident that our property would be well looked after. Any minor maintenance problems have been dealt with quickly and efficiently by their own staff and it’s great that their office is so close to the units in Valhalla if an urgent response is required. Larger repairs that required quotes have also been dealt with well and they ensured the work was carried out without detrimentally affecting rental income. Dan has made a great effort in securing good discounts on tv contracts, furniture/electrical replacement and is always trying to maximize occupancy for his clients.
