What are the cancellation and payment policies for Whistler Superior reservations?

Where do I pick up the keys?

All guests staying at a Whistler Superior Property are required to check-in at our office located at Stoney Creek Northstar, 4355 Northlands Blvd. A map and driving directions can be found on our Getting to Whistler Page.

What happens if I check in and the office is closed?

If you arrive and the office is closed there will be a sign on the door with your name and a phone number for our 24 hour security check-in service. They will arrive within a few minutes to check you in on our behalf and direct you to your rental property.

What are the Whistler Superior Properties office hours?

Our office is open 365 days a year to serve our guests. Daily office hours vary depending on the number of arrivals and in-house guests. The minimum hours are 9am – 5pm year-round.

Is daily housekeeping included?

As per the COVID-19 Guidance for the Hotel Sector prepared by the Ministry of Health and the BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC), we are not allowed to conduct Mid-Stay Cleans or enter the units while guests are occupying them. Your property will be well stocked upon arrival. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not currently offering mid-stay cleans for reservations 8 nights or more but we can do a no-contact & pre-arranged drop-off of clean linens and towels if the guest needs it.

Is parking included?

Whistler Superior Properties does not charge guests for parking. Some properties do however have a pay underground parking lot and therefore parking is included in most but not all rental properties.

Will there be Internet, Cable Television and a Phone in my rental property?

Yes, All Whistler Superior rental properties offer free wireless internet, cable television and a direct phone line.

Are you pet friendly?

Whistler Superior Properties has a no pets policy for all of its units.

Will there be a ____________ in my rental property?

All properties are privately owned so inventory does vary unit to unit. If you have a specific question please contact our knowledgeable staff.

Is there a crib or cot available?

If you require a crib or cot, they can be rented directly through Babys on the Go Whistler for a nightly fee.
